Quality politics


TEVOR S.A. is the producer of specialized vehicles mostly roadside assistance and rescue, sale of used vehicles, warranty and post-warranty service, painting in the level of quality that meets expectations and requirements of customers.

 

The main directions of our activities quality are:

  1. Identifying the needs and expectations of customers,
  2. Prevention of services and products that do not meet the requirements,
  3. Raising the employees’ qualifications,
  4. Planning and documenting the activities of quality,
  5. Purchases of materials from suppliers that meet the quality requirements;
  6. Provide the necessary resources,
  7. Continuous improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of processes.

We achieved above through actions implemented in the framework of and perfected in TEVOR SA integrated quality management system that meets the requirements of PN-EN ISO 9001 and the standardization publication NATO AQAP 2110. Ensuring and improving the quality of products and services is a guarantee of the TEVOR Company’s success.
